Elmarr Floral Studio is an independent floral studio based in Wiltshire, creating flowers for Weddings, Events, Everyday moments, Workshops and other floral experiences.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Elmarr Floral Studio unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Some products and services, including weddings and events, may be subject to additional or bespoke Terms & Conditions. Where these apply, they will be provided during the booking process and will take precedence where there is any inconsistency.

Your place at the wreath workshop is confirmed once full payment has been received. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your place, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled by another attendee.

• You are welcome to transfer your place to someone else if you can no longer attend. Please let us know their name in advance.

• If you do not attend the workshop, your booking is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the workshop, including the materials, foliage, flowers or other natural elements used. As flowers and foliage are seasonal and subject to availability, the materials shown in photographs may vary.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

The wreath workshop is delivered by Elmarr and hosted at Retreat & Rewild. Retreat & Rewild is involved in supporting and hosting the workshop, but Elmarr is responsible for the workshop content, instruction and floristry experience.

All materials required to make your wreath are included in the workshop price. Your finished wreath is yours to take home at the end of the workshop.

As we work with fresh and natural materials, the finished wreath may differ slightly from example images. No two wreaths will be exactly the same.

Please let us know before the workshop if you have any allergies or sensitivities to flowers, foliage, plants, moss, berries, scents or other materials. We will do our best to accommodate these where possible, but cannot guarantee that the workshop environment will be completely free from allergens.

Wreath making involves the use of floristry tools, wire and other potentially sharp materials. Participants are responsible for following the instructions given during the workshop and using tools and materials safely.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate children at the workshop.

Please note that the workshop venue is not step-free and access to the workshop space involves steps. If you have any accessibility requirements or would like to discuss access before booking, please contact Elmarr before purchasing a place so we can provide further information.

Photographs may be taken during the workshop for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs, please let us know when you arrive.

The workshop is intended as a relaxed, creative experience and no previous floristry experience is required. We will guide you through the process and help you create your own wreath to take home.
