Elmarr Floral Studio is an independent floral studio based in Wiltshire, creating flowers for Weddings, Events, Everyday moments, Workshops and other floral experiences.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Elmarr Floral Studio unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Some products and services, including weddings and events, may be subject to additional or bespoke Terms & Conditions. Where these apply, they will be provided during the booking process and will take precedence where there is any inconsistency.

Orders, bookings and quotations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Elmarr Floral Studio.

Payment Terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

Where full payment or a deposit is required, work will not commence and dates cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Elmarr Floral Studio reserves the right to amend prices at any time; however any confirmed quotation or booking will be honoured at the agreed price.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including names, addresses, contact details, delivery information and event details, is accurate. Elmarr Floral Studio cannot accept responsibility for delays or issues resulting from the incorrect information being supplied.

In the unlikely event Elmarr Floral Studio is unable to fulfil an order or booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss suitable alternatives, rescheduling or, where appropriate, a refund.

Elmarr Floral Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel an order, booking or enquiry where it is unable to fulfil the request or where circumstances make it unreasonable or inappropriate to proceed. Any payments received for services or products that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded where applicable.

The Flower Share is a recurring subscription designed to celebrate the changing seasons through thoughtfully gathered flowers.

Subscribers can choose from the subscription options available at the time of purchase. Deliveries will be made according to the schedule selected when subscribing.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are collected automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until payment has been successfully received.

Subscribers can manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancellations must be made before the next scheduled renewal date.

As flowers are seasonal and naturally grown, every bouquet will vary throughout the year. Images shown are intended as a guide only and cannot guarantee specific flower varieties, colours or stem counts.

Occasionally, delivery dates may need to change due to adverse weather, crop availability or other circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, subscribers will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative delivery date will be arranged.

The Flower Share is available only within the delivery area shown at the time of purchase. If your address falls outside this area, we may be unable to accept or continue your subscription.

If you need to pause your subscription for a holiday or other reason, please contact us in advance. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed if to short notice.

If you will not be available to receive your flowers, please ensure a safe place or suitable alternative delivery instructions are provided. Where no safe place has been agreed, Elmarr Floral Studio cannot accept responsibility for flowers once delivery has been attempted.

The Flower Share is a collaboration between Elmarr Floral Studio and Page Green Flowers.

Although we work together to bring you The Flower Share, Elmarr Floral Studio and Page Green Flowers operate independently. Your subscription, payments and customer support will be managed by the business through which you purchased your subscription, and any agreement is with that business.

Wedding and event bookings are subject to their own bespoke Terms & Conditions, which will be provided as part of the quotation and booking process. By confirming your booking, you agree to those terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict between the two, the wedding or event-specific Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

We take great care to ensure every order arrives in beautiful condition.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of ordering. Elmarr Floral Studio cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in another suitable location at the driver's discretion, unless alternative instructions have been provided. Once an order has been successfully delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions or to a safe place, responsibility for the flowers passes to the recipient.

Where access to a property is restricted or prevented due to locked gates, inaccessible entrances, pets, safety concerns or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will always do our best to complete the delivery. If this is not possible, additional delivery charges may apply or a re-delivery may need to be arranged.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in advance. We reserve the right to amend delivery routes or timings due to weather, traffic, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to fulfil a delivery on the agreed date due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Flowers are a natural and seasonal product. Every arrangement created by Elmarr Floral Studio is unique, and no two bouquets will ever be identical.

While every effort will be made to reflect the style, colour palette and overall feel of any photographs, inspiration images or agreed designs, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific flower varieties, colours or foliage.

Where necessary, substitutions may be made due to seasonal availability, weather conditions or quality. Any replacements will always be chosen with care to maintain the overall design, value and aesthetic of your order.

As flowers are perishable, their lifespan will vary depending on the varieties used, environmental conditions and the care they receive after delivery. Flower care guidance will be provided where appropriate, and Elmarr Floral Studio cannot accept responsibility for the longevity of flowers once they have been delivered.

Natural variations, including colour, shape, size and movement, are part of the beauty of working with fresh flowers and should not be considered faults.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the product or service purchased. Any product or service-specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking or purchase and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Orders for fresh flowers cannot usually be cancelled or amended once flowers have been ordered, prepared or arranged.

The Flower Share subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your customer account. To avoid your next payment, cancellations must be made before your next scheduled renewal date.

Wedding and event bookings are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your quotation or booking agreement. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend, subject to reasonable notice. Refunds for workshops are at the discretion of Elmarr Floral Studio unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

If an order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your flowers, please contact Elmarr Floral Studio as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs where appropriate. Each concern will be considered fairly, and where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, partial refund or another suitable resolution.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Elmarr Floral Studio will always take reasonable care in providing our products and services to the highest possible standard.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or failure to fulfil an order where these arise due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, road closures, traffic disruption, supplier issues, crop failure, or other unforeseen events.

Once flowers have been delivered to the address provided, or left in accordance with the agreed delivery instructions or in a safe place where appropriate, responsibility for their care passes to the recipient.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elmarr Floral Studio's liability shall be limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law, nor does it affect your statutory consumer rights.
